Pot sticker recipe from Buddha
- 1 lb ground pork
- two lup chong (Chinese sausage)
- 1 can water chestnut
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 stalks green onion
- dash salt
- dash white pepper
- 1 tbl shoyu
- 3 stalk cilentro
- dash sugar
- dash sesame oil
wrap in potsticker wrappers
pan fry in oil for about 5 minutes
add chicken broth or apple cider and cover, steam for about 2 minutes
